Coaching evaluations are an integral part of our selection season to season. We value all the input given by the parents and can only make educated decisions when evaluations are completed at the end of each season. Your manager/coach has been given a unique code to be shared with their parents in order to send in an evaluation in a confidential and anonymous way. This allows all parents to be completely truthful in their evaluations.
Evaluations are seen by the coaching committee and administrator only, they are
not given to the coaches. Names are NOT asked for nor are any identifying details.
If your coach/manager has not given you the 4 digit code please ask them for it or email
[email protected] and we can share the code with you. Thank you for those of you who have already sent in your evaluations and we appreciate the time you take to fill them in.
